Process description

  1. Service requests
    The service is free
A caviar producer, packer or re-packager must submit to the Nature Protection Board an application for obtaining a certificate for the production, packaging or re-packaging of caviar and must be accompanied by:
    1) a sample of a re-unusable caviar packaging label with a labelling,
    2) copies of documents (presenting originals) attesting the legal harvesting of fish eggs of storied fish.

  2. Receipt of services

The Office shall issue a certificate specifying the four-digit code assigned, or take a decision not to issue the certificate.
The Office shall cancel the certificate if the recipient of the certificate has provided misleading or false information in the application or does not comply with Cabinet Regulation No. 1139 of 6 October 2009, Procedures for the Storage, Registration, Keeping, Labelling, Trade and Issuing of Individuals of Wild Species Endangered to International Trade.
