Service requests
The service is free.
A person must complete an application in a free form accompanied by documents certifying legal origin for breeding animals or breeding plants and information on the biological and physiological breeding characteristics of the animals or plants to be reared, the cultivation and propagating methodology.
When submitting documents electronically, they must be signed with an e-signature.Receipt of services
The Nature Protection Board shall take a decision regarding the issue of a permit for the propagation of animals included in Annex A to Council Regulation No 338/97 for commercial purposes and the granting of a single animal grower registration number, as well as take a decision regarding the registration of a plant establishment and the granting of a registration number of a plant establishment or a reasoned decision regarding refusal to issue an authorisation and the granting of a registration number.
