Process description
Service requests
The service is free.
The person must submit:
- an application specifying the information specified in Paragraph 4 of Cabinet Regulation No. 1033 of 9 November 2010 “Requirements for the Keeping of Wild Species in the Zoo and Requirements for the Establishment and Registration of a Zoo”;
- documents certifying the legal origin of animals.
When submitting documents electronically, they must be signed with an e-signature.Receipt of services
If the information provided in the application is incomplete, the Office shall inform the submitter thereof in writing within a period of 14 days after receipt of the submission, indicating the time period for the submission of the necessary information.
Before issuing a permit, the Board shall perform a zoo inspection.
If the zoo complies with the conditions for the establishment thereof, the Board shall issue a permit.
The Office shall refuse to issue a permit in the following cases:
1) the zoo does not conform to the criteria for the establishment of the zoo specified in regulatory enactments;
2) the planned zoo measures specified in the submission do not conform to the requirements of the regulatory enactments regarding environmental protection.
